Finally set up a LLC for my company
I have been operating my software business as a sole proprietorship for 5 years (started since 2021) , and today I just registered a LLC (Sdn Bhd in my country's language).
LLC comes with more paperwork and compliance work (account auditing, company secretarial stuff), but it does give some legal liability protection, and business will take you more seriously.
There's recurring costs related to company continuation , audit and secretarial procedures, finger crossed my software business can afford these charges for years to come.
